[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Kellye Strickland’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Having reviewed the pleadings, declarations, attached exhibits, and memorandum of law, and having found good cause shown, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Harassment Restraining Order issued by Ramsey County on December 12, 2024, against Plaintiff Kellye Strickland, is temporarily VACATED, pending the resolution of this action or further order of this Court.
2. Defendants are ENJOINED from further disclosing Plaintiff’s private address or contact information to any third party without her explicit written consent.
3. Defendants are ORDERED to provide reasonable accommodations to Plaintiff under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act in any future administrative or legal interactions.
4. This injunction shall remain in effect unless modified by further order of this Court.
